Finalizing the phone number
Jen and Joe have been working to set up Great Lakes Online Counseling’s Google Voice system, where they now:
- Have a phone number
- Used “intake at.”
- Assigned a number to Jen as a user
That is now all sorted. We can now put that on the website for people to contact us! (Jen)
Now you can call Great Lakes Online Counseling at 231 735 8250 to send referrals!
Setting up Google Maps
As Jen had discovered from prior research, Joe can use his personal residence as the location for Great Lakes Online Counseling’s Google Maps listing and then simply hide it from public view to keep it secure.
They then update the Google My Business listing with the phone number, which is now active with Joe’s residence on Google Maps.
They’ve included:
- Images
- Opening hours
- Phone and email contact points
Finish onboarding the new hire!
Rachel, Joe’s new therapist, is undergoing her onboarding process with Jen.
Once everything has been approved by Joe, Rachel will get onboarded through Jen and Tom to get her up to speed on the process and have her information ready and published for the practice’s website.
I have put her bio that she created in Trello for you to review, and once you’ve given me the go-ahead, I will email that to Tom, who’s our website guy, and he will be able to create a page for Rachel. (Jen)
