• We’ll cover flat rate, salary, and base+commission models for clinician compensation. We’ll talk about the cost differences between 1099 and W2 and how to communicate the perceived difference in compensation (from a percentage POV).
• We’ll go over potential benefits you can offer and the likely financial costs associated with each.
• Lastly, we’ll go over hiring paperwork requirements for people to get started.
