About the event
In the first session of our series, we will explore the fundamental reasons why delegation is crucial for the growth and sustainability of your group practice. We will discuss common barriers to letting go, such as trust issues and fear of losing control, and provide strategies to overcome them. Learn how delegation can free up your time, reduce burnout, and enable you to focus on strategic initiatives that drive your practice forward.
