Insider Spotlight Series: Holding the Nuance During Turbulent TimesIn times of uncertainty, we are called to hold the nuance within our relationships – balancing contradictions, embracing complexity, and finding harmony in what feels like disharmony. This four-part series will guide group practice owners through an introspective and collective journey, exploring how we hold nuance for ourselves, our clients, our teams, and our communities despite differing viewpoints.
We will engage in discussions and experiential activities that explore values, the law of detachment, and transpersonal psychology, honoring both the spiritually curious and those without a faith framework. We will explore the idea that our inner world reflects our outer world—what we cultivate within ourselves shapes how we experience life. This includes embracing qualities like intuition, compassion, and balance, while also recognizing and shifting away from patterns of control, rigidity, and dominance that can create imbalance. By bringing more awareness to these dynamics, we can create healthier, more harmonious relationships as leaders within our practices and community.
Session 3: Group Practice Owner: Leading with Presence and Balance Owning a group practice means being a role model for our employees and clients, creating a space where everyone feels supported, valued, and heard.
As leaders, we must balance stability with flexibility, holding space for different perspectives while maintaining a strong foundation for our team and the clients we serve. This session will focus on fostering a values-aligned workplace, navigating potential conflicts with integrity, and leading with embodied listening, ensuring that both structure and flow coexist in a way that promotes growth and harmony.
