Session 2:Building on the trust and awareness created in Month 1 of this series, this session turns our attention to the practical structures of your practice. Ashley will help you look honestly at the roles, responsibilities, and relationships you’re still holding onto—even when they no longer fit the stage of growth your practice is in now. Many group practice owners remain in legacy roles (admin, billing, scheduling, clinical lead) out of familiarity rather than necessity. The same is often true with team dynamics—keeping things the same to avoid discomfort rather than making decisions that support growth. Ashley will guide you in identifying what needs to shift, where leadership and ownership can be shared, and what you’re being invited to release so your practice can evolve with clarity, alignment, and intention.
