Building on the awareness, structural clarity, and leadership identity developed throughout this series, this final session shifts the focus from insight into execution. Ashley explores how self-doubt shows up not as a lack of clarity, but as hesitation in decision-making—even when you already know what needs to happen. Drawing on the OODA Loop, a practical decision-making model, this session will help you move out of overthinking and into action. You’ll learn how to navigate decisions with incomplete information, recognize where you may be staying in analysis, and lead with greater confidence, responsiveness, and trust in your ability to adapt as your practice continues to grow.
