- Private entrance, located by other medical providers, assets provided by the landlord, what would steer you away from a location, enquire why the previous counselor left
- Definitely reach out to the previous owner (if it was a counselor) to ask about their experience.
- Your style/amenities must match the level of the client you are trying to attract.
- Ultimately, it’s the therapeutic relationship that is important.
- Must also match what you are charging – how do you make it feel like it’s worth what they’re paying?
- Try to set up referrals in surrounding buildings.
Non-profit suggestion on how to set up a practice to pay back student loan
- Partnering with a non-profit
- Check with state for suggestions
- Most states will have grants/support for female-run businesses
- Show that you’re working in low-income areas
- Focus on how we can get you to make $100 000 over the next few years so you can pay them off early
Do you recommend an all-round marketing system for $400 p/m
- Sounds like it would be worth testing – A/B testing
- Tell the company that you will be testing something else against their product
- Make sure you are able to track the results
- Replicate results of A/B testing, i.e.: do more of what’s giving you a better ROI
