Level Up Week Sept 2024 RSVP - How to Start, Grow, and Scale a Private Practice

"I wanted to reach out and say a huge thank you for the amazing asset that NLP has been on my life and on my practice. I've been enriched by the resources provided, the knowledge passed on in the webinars and more than anything the community that I have built with others in NLP. Thank you so much for all you've done for me. I'll be forever grateful and forever a fan."

"My practice has really taken off over the past 6 weeks or so... I've gotten so much out of the membership and would have been so lost without the guidance and resources that it's given me. So I am really grateful for the past year and a half of being a part of it."

"I had been in solo practice for several years and needed to define my mission, vision, and values and create systems to move from solo to group. The webinars, videos, and resources have been invaluable. Being able to talk to other clinicians has also been helpful. Sometimes it has felt a bit overwhelming and the pressure to grow was a bit much. But I had to pace myself and come back to what works for me, which has been helpful. Slow and steady for me wins the race. And I am not looking to keep expanding -- so the message of trusting yourself and what you need is very important."

"It's [NLP, GPL, and GPB] been basically everything. They helped me start my private pay solo practice right out of grad school, then 6 years later grow into a private pay group practice, which I've had for 2 years, and which has 8 clinicians and 2 part-time admin staff. "

"Thank you all for the work you're doing. It is so exceptionally valuable! At the beginning of March of this year I had never even considered having a group practice. I heard about GPL on a podcast, and by August I was a CEO. I've been giving raises to my staff every month, and we're interviewing to hire 2 more W-2 employees before the end of 2022. All because of you guys! You're amazing!"

"It's been pivotal in answering the tough questions with ambiguous answers. The personalized support gave me mentorship that I needed since I knew almost nothing about running a business until I joined."

"All of the PoP programming I have participated in has been so beneficial. I attribute a great deal of my success as a group practice owner to the support I have received through PoP, the small group coaching, the support of my peers, and the knowledge learned from the podcasts."

"I had absolutely no idea how to open a group practice and start that process. I originally did some research on private practice business consulting and that’s when I found Practice of the Practice. I started working with one-on-one consulting and I found them incredibly helpful. But I realized that I wanted more community, so I think at that point I joined Group Practice Boss and became a part of that community. I learned so much from all the content that they have that Joe and the other consultants put out, as well as all the live trainings that they did."
