LaToya Smith is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She has provided services to youth and adults in outpatient, school, in-home, and community settings. LaToya firmly believes that people don’t have to remain stuck in their pain or at the place where they became wounded.

Andrew founded Mindful Counseling PLLC in Asheville, NC shortly after completing his graduate program in clinical mental health counseling.
At the start of the pandemic, he pivoted to an online solo practice, and in 2022, began to grow a group practice. Nicole is the owner of Mental Wellness Counseling, A Northern Michigan Counseling Practice. Her practice has three locations throughout the Northern Michigan region.
She is a Licensed Clinical Master Social Worker in the state of Michigan, Member of the National Association of Social Workers, and is on the board of directors for the National Alliance for Mental Illness in Traverse City. She is also a full time professor at Ferris State University where she teaches undergraduate social work courses, as well as mentors the MSW graduate level students for their capstone research.
Ashley Mielke is a Registered Psychologist and Founder and CEO of a large, multi-location group practice in Alberta, Canada, called ‘The Grief and Trauma Healing Centre Inc.’
Ashley brings forth a decade of business experience and is passionate about supporting heart-centred practice owners in starting, growing, and scaling their businesses.
Ashley was called to start her company after her father’s tragic death by suicide in 2010.
